Okay, normally I'm able to solve these kind of problems on my own, but I have no idea on this one. I recently installed the recommened version of FML (4.0.0.204) and have NO other mods installed. Clean minecraft.jar, everything vanilla. I always test out each "basemod" individually as to figure out bugs between them. This is my error log:

Again, it's vanilla except for FML.

ALSO, I have done at least 3 hrs of work researching this topic. I can't seem to find the same error report anywhere. If you've seen this problem before, kindly point me to the forum/topic where it is resolved... Please and thank you in advance.

This would indicate to me, that one of the files in your mods folder containts a invalid class files, so you have a corrupt download somewhere, I'll mention to cpw that he needs to print out a more user friendly error in this case.
