Is there a limit to the number of painting variants in Minecraft? I was working on a Forge 1.19.2 mod, and after adding 48 new painting variants, the painting cannot even be placed on a block. Is there any way to get around this limit within a single mod? 

When there are up to 48 painting variants in the mod, the painting can be placed on a block. However, if there are more than 48 painting variants in it, you cannot put a painting on the block, but the previously placed paintings are still on the blocks. I didn't notice anything strange in the console during the loading, I wouldn't say that there are any actions related to this at all.

What happens when you try to place the painting? It just does not appear? Does it say anything in the log when you try to place it?

It just dosen't appear, yeah. When the paintings were placed, there were lines in the log related to this. But now there are no related actions in the log when it can't be placed. Just nothing

alright, it just fixed itself 😐 i did backup and there was no typos even. it is just working now
