I'll start by saying that I'm translating my language into English so if there are some errors that's why, when I go to forge and click on "skip" it downloads a page that takes me to the internet and doesn't open the classic screen that comes out to everyone. (I followed some tutorials) I really don't know how to do it please help me

Try clicking the +Show All Versions button, and then when you point to the little i next to the installer link, there is a direct download link. See if that works for you.

Prova a fare clic sul pulsante +Mostra tutte le versioni e, quando indichi la piccola i accanto al collegamento del programma di installazione, c'è un collegamento per il download diretto. Vedi se va bene per te.

the problem is also that if you download forge.jar and try to install not the Client but the Server from it, it writes -

Error checking https://files.minecraftforge.net/: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
Error checking https://launchermeta.mojang.com/: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
Failed to establish connection to https://files.minecraftforge.net/mirrors-2.0.json
 Host: files.minecraftforge.net [51.79.83.165]
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

its only about Server, Client works fine.

I'm from Italy but I've seen some Italian tutorials and it works for them, for me the client downloads it but in theory it should appear in the home page of the computer with the client logo, but for me it only comes out in the computer folder and has the icon Internet. I get a message saying that it could damage the device and asking me if I want to keep it or if I want to delete it, after I click keep however it goes back to the beginning and nothing happens
