Forge installer does not run

When you run the installer, it does not run and only creates a log file. I've tested Java versions 8 to 21, but it doesn't work.

This is a known issue caused by Mojang abruptly removing one of their domain names. A fix is underway.

Download a fresh copy of the installer and it should be fixed.
