My friends game keeps crashing

I made a better mc minecraft server for me and my friends to play on but for some reason one of the people in my server kept crashing when he would load in to the server. i checked the crash report and went to the coordinates but there wasn't anything strange that would cause his game to crash when he loads in. I tried killing him right before he loaded in and broke his bed so that he would load in the spawn area and it worked. He was able to load in and play but everytime he travels around 50-100 blocks his game crashes again. I cant figure out what his issue is and I need some help.
