minecraft 1.2.5 forge 164 sever connect problem

hey guy i am trying to update my current server with newer version of some mods on my local machine before i upload to the server. it starts up fine but when you try and connect to it i get an error on both sides the client and server on the client side it just says internal server error on the server i get a list here is a paste bin link to the server log if someone could give me a hand that would be great.

Odd, that makes it look like your player is logging into a dimension that does not exist. Try wiping out the player dat.
