1.20.4 Error code minus one issue

Hello! I`m new to minecraft modding, and have encountered this error. I also am not exactly skilled enough to tell what the issue is from the error log, since im not this technically versed. pastebin.com/NDfWj3qN this is the pastebin of my log, since i didnt want to copy it all into this field. It occurs when i attempt to boot up the game, and makes me unable to play the modded version of it. I am using Minecraft Launcher v.2.24.17-1.7.2. , Java 17 and the newest version of Forge for 1.20.4.

I am unsure as to if forge, java or a mod is causing this issue. Much love

Make a test without decorative_blocks
