My server crashes when I try to start it. Pt. 2

I am trying to run my 1.21 exaroton server with Waystones and Terralith installed. However, it crashes when I try to start it. I was told to remove Chat Heads from it before, so I did, but it still won't start.

Have you checked your server logs for any specific error messages when it crashes?
