Dynamic Lights not working after update

Hi, I downloaded Forge 51.0.21 along with Dynamic Lights 1.21.1 - and deleted all old mods. 

The game shows both Forge and the Dynamic Lights when I load the game as mod options, but the Dynamic Lights do not work. Any suggestions?

Odd... It doesn't give me the option to toggle dynamic lights in the video settings. Confirming again, I am loading Forge 51.0.21 from the drop down list on launch.
