Mod for 1.14.4 requires javafml 31 when it's not aviable on forge 1.14.4

As in topic I have the mod Nef's Medieval decoration  for the version 1.14.4. I also have the latest version of forge for minecraft 1.14.4, however when I try to launch the game it shows the error that the mod needs javafml 31. Is there any way to fix this issue?
