My text and titel Screen are glitching out when ever i try to start the game. (Minecraft)

Whenever i start the game this glitchy screen comes up. Im not using any crazy mods, just Optifine and a auto tip hypixel skyblock mod (Both worked in the past with no problems at all) Even though my controls work fine, it seems that something is very wrong. Also i only get about 50% success to start the game, about half the time my game just crashes.
I hope someone can help because i rlly want to get back to grinding.

game changed the way you create foods.
for example minecraft 1.21.8 code for the golden apple is
