YOUR CRYPTOCURRENCY ISN'T LOST FOREVER, YOU JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO! TALK TO MIGHTY YURI ABOUT IT. MY NAME IS FAVEN. SINCE THE HISTORY OF CRYPTOCURRENCIES AND INTRODUCTION IN GENERAL, WE WERE MADE TO BELIEVE THAT THEY WERE UNTRACEABLE AND ONCE A TRANSACTION IS SENT OUT BY MISTAKE OR FRAUDULENTLY TAKEN IT CAN'T BE RECOVERED OR TRACED RIGHT? A MAJOR REASON WHY I CHOSE TO INVEST IN CRYPTOCURRENCIES WAS THE PROMISE OF SHORT TERM INCREASE AS THE BANKING SYSTEM WASN'T OFFERING MUCH IN RETURNS FOR INVESTMENTS. NEVER HAD I BEEN SO WRONG ABOUT ANYTHING IN MY LIFE! FIRSTLY CRYPTOCURRENCY CAN BE EASILY RECOVERED JUST AS QUICKLY AS IT IS LOST OR STOLEN. AS MINE WAS RECOVERED WITHIN MINUTES (I LOST BTC WORTH $488,900 USD) HOWEVER, THIS WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE WITHOUT THE HELP OF MIGHTY HACKER YURI. CRYPTOCURRENCY INVESTING IS NO MAGIC, FOR ONE TO PROFIT OF IT YOU HAVE TO LEARN THE SKILLS NECESSARY TO PREDICT THE FUTURE OF A PARTICULAR COIN, THIS KNOWLEDGE WAS IMPACTED IN ME BY MIGHTY HACKER YURI AS WELL. MIGHTY YURI IS NOT JUST A GURU BUT A HELPING HAND TO ANYONE THAT WILL JUST REACH OUT. TRUST ME YURI IS UNLIKE ANYONE YOU HAVE EVER MET. mightyyuri(@)consultant(.)com +1.6,1,9,5,0,0,6,8,9,4. -

Hey I know this is unlikely to be seen, but is there any chance you ever found a resolution for this? I am trying to go from 1.20 to 1.21 but ran into a similar texture issue. A stack of sticks I had in my inventory shows up as a stack of netherite hoes, but functions as a stick still. lots of little issues like this with items, not so much block textures like you mentioned. -
I needed to re-upload again because I wanted an answer. My world began as a server with my friend on Aternos some weeks ago and it has 50+ mods. last week we noticed that chunks were loading slower than usual so we began to think it was some issue regarding server performance or internet connection. Still, we discarded it as soon as we tried the world in single-player where the problem persisted. We also tried deleting chunks in MCA Selector and taking out world generation mods (mostly YUNGs mods) but nothing happened. Is this issue related to mods, world corruption, or anything else? Here's the mod list: https://mclo.gs/jXMR3Xm (Forge version 47.3.22) Here's the latest log: https://mclo.gs/qBllDZ0

Looks like I've figured it out, after entirely too much time wasted on trial-and-error. The solution was to create /resources/data/minecraft/ and place the tags under there, rather than the mod's data directory. I also needed to add "replace": false, to the JSON files under /resources/data/minecraft/tags/block/ -> needs_stone_tool.json and mineable/pickaxe.json. I cannot overstate how dumb this is. I don't think developers should be needing to create additive Minecraft subdirectories for files that belong to a mod. These properties should belong to the block properties anyway, since we're specifying that a tool is required... we should be specifying what that tool is in the same place. (I'm so glad I came back to this mess!) Anyway, it is fixed. Hopefully this helps some poor unsuspecting newbie somewhere down the road.
