Working on First Mod, Where do I find unused item IDs?

This is my first time here. I'm looking to grab a block of unused item IDs.

 

Is there someone who administrates this?

If 1.6.4 (and below) don't worry about it, just use a config file like everyone else.

If it's 1.7, you don't need to write IDs, forge will assign it.
