Help with global loot modifiers 1.21 forge version 51.0.32

i cant figure how how to add global loot modifiers. I have not idea what im doing.

Have you taken a look at the github? I poked around on there for a second and found https://github.com/MinecraftForge/MinecraftForge/tree/1.21.x/src/test/java/net/minecraftforge/debug/gameplay/loot, it might be a good place to start.

Try some stuff, if it doesn't work, post your code/logs (read the FAQ for how to share code/logs) and someone might be able to help you out.
