In some cases, it is possible to remove the Immersive Portals entries from the level.dat

Check the level.dat with an NBT Editor:

and remove Immersive Portals related lines

  Im playing Minecraft using TLauncher with some mods, one of which is "Create" and i wanted to add Steam n Rails but it crashes my Minecraft and even the server we are hosting on Aternos no matter what version we try to use. Can anyone help?
