Update your AMD/ATI drivers - get the drivers from their website - do not update via system

 

If there is no change, make a test with a pre-configured modpack

I'm not exactly sure how to update my AMD drivers from the website with my O.S. (There's no download/guide for it) but I figured out how to install it with a thing with the O.S. and it still didn't launch. I also launched Create: Perfect world (Just found a random modpack that would actually run without my laptop exploding) and it worked fine

Edit: In case its important in any way, I'm using arch Linux.

Maybe use such a pack as working base and add new mods one by one

I got it to work!

For some reason it was Create Steam & Rails crashing it.
