Install Java 21 - currently you are using Java 8

https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase/jdk21-archive-downloads.html

Use the Windows x64 Installer

Test it again - if there is no change, open your start script and replace the word java with the java 21 path:

"C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-21\bin\javaw.exe"

Keep the quotation marks
