Need help with figuring what mod is doing this to my game.

Hello, I really need help trying to figure out what mod could be messing with my game.

I have started multiple worlds over this but anytime I create a world, at some point I won't be able to place blocks anymore or it takes few seconds to place a block.

I can break blocks no problem but placing them is a problem. I have no idea if it is a mod that is conflicting with another or not but I could really use the help figuring this out.

Here is a list of the mods that I have and I am playing on ver. 1.20.1

I have over 150+ mods I know it's a lot but if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

Failed loading villager cartographer registered at cartographer - frozen tick

Allocated 10 Gb of ram. Could try again with more but I read using too much can slow things down as well. Going to try another big modpack and see if i can replicate the problem. It seems like this cartographer problem is kind of popular and doesn't have a solid solution yet, but i suspect its some generation mod since it's a crash that happens when specific chunks are being loaded. so i'll still try to lookout for what mod it could be as i add. i'll report back after testing as you suggested for a bit

I have no idea - is enough RAM allocated?
Do other pre-configured modpacks work? Maybe use such a modpack as working base and add new mods one by one

The settings.gradle file has been fixed. But, the build.gradle has an error now.
Error:
