I got a "rendering overlay" crash on my modpack

I got a "rendering overlay" crash when I tried to load this modpack. I had it on a curseforge previously, but it got stuck on dispatching common setup so I moved it to modrinth to see what was wrong. The issue that I am having is I really want to play with the cobblemon mod(and a little bit of its side mods and datapacks), but as soon as I install cobblemon it crashes the modpack. Can you guys help me? Here is the mclo.gs crash report link:

It is an issue with cobblemon - or maybe a conflict with one of its addons

Make a test without the addons

If there is no change, report it to the creators:

It works fine without literally all the other 431 mods installed. Soon as I add cobblemon it crashes. I have no idea what the problem is. I really want to play with cobblemon.

Create a new instance and start with cobblemon and maybe some addons of it - if this works, add the rest of your mods in groups

I have no idea - is enough RAM allocated?
Do other pre-configured modpacks work? Maybe use such a modpack as working base and add new mods one by one

The settings.gradle file has been fixed. But, the build.gradle has an error now.
Error:

[SOLVED][1.21.8 | Forge 58.0.5] How to cancel InputEvent.MouseScrollingEvent?

Personally, I just use event.SetCanceled(true) in my handler and it blocks the scroll well.
Even if the method does not appear clear, it is available via the Cancellable interface.
It works at home without additional hacks.
