I have already verified that the graphics card has the latest drivers, but it also does not allow me to open any version later than 1.20

Actualice sus controladores AMD/ATI: obtenga los controladores desde su sitio web, no los actualice a través del sistema

From the page I downloaded the software and installed all the chipset drivers.

¿Qué quieres decir exactamente?

Open the Minecraft launcher, it opens without problems and then I clicked the button to play the most recent version, when I clicked the launcher it closed as it normally does when playing a version; however, Minecraft did not open and literally hours went by and it did not open so I had to close it (this is the problem I have since the beginning)

When I did the solution you suggested and clicked play in the launcher now with the procedure done the game opened now yes, the problem seemed to be fixed but then I closed the game again and reopened it without doing anything else and it did not open again, in short, it only opened the first time but when I closed it again the problem of not opening continued
