Posted January 29, 201411 yr I've been making a mod, and I've come across something. I want to keep the amount of classes in my mod to a minimal, but I still need all of the items(derr). I'm making swords, and don't want to make a class for every single recipe of every item. Is there a way to make it check what the item's made of (including custom materials) and name/texture it appropriately, along with the mob damage, durability, etc? Thanks -Wub
January 29, 201411 yr ItemSword is already set up in such a manner. So is ItemArmor. You're still going to need to write out a recipe registration for each one, though. Apparently I'm a complete and utter jerk and come to this forum just like to make fun of people, be confrontational, and make your personal life miserable. If you think this is the case, JUST REPORT ME. Otherwise you're just going to get reported when you reply to my posts and point it out, because odds are, I was trying to be nice.
