Hi!

Does anyone of you know how the Nitor in Thaumcraft is rendered? I'm asking this because I can't see any model behind the rendering result, but it really looks three-dimensional. It can't be a single Image because if you look from side you can see the flame going up, which is not visible if you look from above..

They form the base to, if you look at the EntityFX class you will see a motionX, motionY, motionZ, I would think he adds a delay to the motionY so it stays at the bottom for a little while them rises up, but that is just a guess I can't look at the code because it is closed source.

Then you can deobfuscate with Bearded Octo Nemesis and view the source code with JD-Gui.
