Altered modpack crashes on world gen

Like title says I am trying to add some mods to a pre-existing modpack, but something is causing a conflict to the world gen settings that causes it to crash with the Description: Exception generating new chunk. edit this is based on a  19.2 modpack, prominence, with extra mods added.
