I have 3 mods equipped when i launch the game

The RTM 1.10.2 mod (realtrainmod) and the game launches fine with only this mod but its locked before the menu

The NGTLib 1.10.2 mod which is an essential mod to RTM because i can't play without it and when i launch the game with this mod it crashes at the soundhandler
