I am getting a rendering overlay crash on my modpack. The crashlog suspects the cobblemon mod but before I go and report it on there gitlab I want to be extra sure that it is indeed cobblemon that's the issue.

But I don't have fabric are you talking about the forgified fabric api does cobblemon for forge need the fabric api to work right?

Yes, it is Forgified Fabric API - so maybe try an older build of it

Cobblemon requires it and is not compatible with the build you are using

That did literally nothing to change the issue i'm still crashing exact same error and I added the Forgified Fabric API, is it safe to assume I need to report it to the cobblemon issue tracker?

My best guess would have to be that this is an issue with either your installation of the modpack you have, or it could be an issue with java itself, although the latter of which I doubt. Did you make modifications to your modpack in any way? Did you just install it fresh off of curseforge and then all of a sudden these errors are happening? If none of these are the case, then this issue is especially strange, and you should post on the issue tracker and tag it as a bug, because under intended circumstances and context, none of this should be happening.
