Can't install Forge.

I've been having this problem with every installer i come by. I even tried everything my friends told me to do, but still nothing happened.

 

Please help me, i sucessfuly installed forge on my old computer, and the computer i'm using is 100 percent better than that old one.

By the way its always stuck on that. It never passes that file.

It takes a while, it's a fairly large file.

Give it time, or you can try running the installer fromt he command line and telling it what it says.

I waited for 5 hours, i have a download speed of 128kb and i saw people on youtube download it so fast, and run command line? What is that? Please help me, i'm desperate to use mod-packs like Tekkit and more.

Mod packs dont require you to install Forge yourself.

Either way you can manually install the libraries that it wants by following instructions in the EAQ.
