I have downloaded the latest version of forge for 1.6.4 (9.11.1.965) And installed the server, however when I click the server jar it doesn't run, nothing happens. I have tried re installing forge and it still doesn't work. I would appreciate any help you could give me

run it manually and post logs.

You are installing it incorrectly, you must use our installer and then run the Forge jar NOT the minecraft server jar.

I have reinstalled forge using the installer and run the forge jar and this is what came up:
