Can't reach server error

I have been hosting servers on my computer and my friends had been connecting fine, but the I made a forge server 1.6.4 and no one can connect but me. We all have the same version of forge and the same mods. I think the problem is forge because they can connect to other servers perfectly fine, just not this forge server. Anyone know why this is?

So, i am not following your reasoning on how this can be a Forge error. Care to elucidate, how does it not occur on these other exact same forge servers?
