Installer file is opening up winrar, not the actual installer

I read the EAQ, and searched but I didn't find a solution. Sorry if I missed something, but the search on this forum just gave me a massive wall of text from another topic.

 

Like the title says, my installer file is a .zip folder and opens up winrar when I click it. I've watch some tutorial videos, and when they click the file (which has the same title as mine) it opens up the installer.

 

forge-1.6.4-9.11.1.953-installer is the file name, with the winrar icon next to it.

 

From what I've researched I need to change the default program to something, but I'm not sure what. I feel like this probably has a really simple fix, but I have no idea what that is.
