DeathraceWizard Posted March 28, 2014 Posted March 28, 2014 Hi guys, I see this problem is pretty common among forge users. I'm a little stumped right now. What can I do here? My paths are setup correctly, and I'm planning on using Eclipse. I'll post debug info, but how do I get that text from cmd? UPDATE: This issue was solved by downloading the "recommended" build (1024) rather than using the latest build (1047) which had been causing my problems for the better part of the day. Thanks guys. DeathraceWizard Posted March 28, 2014 Author Posted March 28, 2014 This issue has been solved. Solution is available on my first post. Thanks guys! Quote
LexManos Posted March 28, 2014 Posted March 28, 2014 Side note: the log is in the .gradle folder you don't need to copy it form the screen. But I suspect this has nothing to do with the Forge version but to do with your jdk. Quote I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated. mrjoshiemoto Posted March 29, 2014 Posted March 29, 2014 I'm still having this same problem! I used the reccommended version of forge AND I redid the JDK. I ran a test java program which worked just fine! I know JDK is running right. I still get recompForge error. I'm going to try 1.6 and see if that at least works. Quote
