Minecraft Forge 3.3.7.135 for MC 1.2.5 will not load mods folder

Ever since the new build for 1.3.2 was released any builds 3.3.8 and below will not work with their MC versions. It gives me this crash:

Some mod you have in your mods folder is corrupt, this is not a forge issue.
