"An outline is not available"?

Hello! I am trying to install Forge SRC, but whenever I try running Eclipse in the "Eclipse" folder in my modding folder, in the outline I continuously get the message "An outline is not available." I have no clue what's causing this, as I have used Forge SRC in previous versions. If anyone knows why this is happening, please let me know.
