First of all, I apologize if I have posted this in the incorrect section, I don't know if there is  Mod out there for it, I had a look through Google and search (not a very in-depth search I may admit) but if there any possible way to force a client to install server Mod's when connecting to a server. If it is of any assistance I am using Forge 1.7.2 v10.12.1.1075-universal on my server. Or is there no possible way to do this other than using a Mod-pack? (I want to try avoid using a Mod-pack as I do prefer a simple FML Bukkit server, and I'm too lazy to make a Mod-pack since I already have a server up and running :P )

    No you can not download mods from servers like that, you will need to use a modpack Or manually install the mods.

    I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
