There is no modloader.txt. I have optifine and the pre-release of Explosives+ installed in that order and no other mods. I searched both the optifine and explosives + thread and I couldn't find anyone with this problem.

It works fine with optifine () but not explosives +. It gets to the splash then shows the report. I have tried to install explosives multiplee ways but it doesn't work.

I have forge universal 4.0.0 build 200
