I am trying to set up a personal mod pack for a few friends of mine, and everything works perfectly in singleplayer.

However as soon as I try join the server, (which seems to be set up correctly) I get a Bad Packet ID (random number). So, the number that I get changes on every login to the server.

I have tried uninstalling certain mods, all the mods and even delete the config and world folders. To no avail of course.

So here is a picture of the some of the errors.

Sometimes I also get this, but not very often (Not in GZIP format)

I would post some kind of an error log, but nothing crashes it just wont connect to the server.

So if any of you guys have any idea whats going on that would be much appreciated!  ;D

MAke sure you update to 965 as there should not be a reason not to.

Sadly, I can't say to much on what would cause this, no modder should be editing the network stack as there has been a proper way to do this exposed for several versions now.

I would suggest moving your things over to a test server {or just backing things up} and going through your mods one by one and testing. There is nothing in the logs that give any indication as the culprit.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
