crashed when loading a world

I installed Forge with CCC, NEI and Rei's minmap (in that order) and then when I try to load just one world, it crashed and gave me this crash report.

I tried the world again with vanilla minecraft and it worked! I am so confused, and it's my main gameplay world too!
