How to start Minecraft 1.6.4 with forge from cmd?

Hey, i have tried various of methods to start minecraft with forge from the command line but none of them have worked so far. Minecraft just never starts... Example:

And the wired thing here is that it doesn't even generate a log file or anything in the directory .
