In forge files have a file called "binpatches.pack.lzma". I am using unpack200.exe could save it in ".jar" format. Inside were files with the extension "*.binpatch". Please tell me how to modify these files or what they can be opened?

You can't, they are not for you to edit they are internal Forge files.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

I found one Minecraft project where people changed the ".binpatch" files. I would like to learn how to modify these files or create your file ".binpatch".

Show me that project.

Again, these files are NOT for modders. These are the FORGE edits to Minecraft. DO NOT edit them or you will break other mods.

So ya you DONT edit them.
