How do I use 2 different versions of Forge? Like I want 1.7.2 to stay installed,but I want to be able to use 1.6.4 for Pixelmon, All I know is that you could only create 1 mods folder,right?

 

To use 1.6.4 do I have to uninstall 1.7.2?

Actually if you put your 1.6.4 and 1.7.2 mods in the same folder they wont bother each other. Just install your 2  versions of forge

then it should work.

  Alternative:

Delete one.

Or, put 1.7.2 mods in .minecraft\mods\1.7.2\ and 1.6.4 mods .minecraft\mods\1.6.4\

(you need to create the folder).

No, this will break shit as mods do not tell Forge what version of MC you want.

However, you *should* use the 'gameDir' option in the launcher/profile to separate it out.
