I made a modpack and then gave it to a friend and we decided to play together. I started a lan server from singleplayer and he could join. Soon after the game crashes ever since the first crash I can't even play single player anymore. Minecraft says index out of bounds but here are the crash logs

Please tell me if you need more log information or whatever Thanks

1) We No longer support 1.6.4 UPDATE seriously.

2) NEI is throwing an error.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
