Forge 1.7.2 not able to find textureWidth in custom models

I am currently only getting this error when i run my mod OUTSIDE eclipse

i am using forge 1.7.2. if my code is needed, please ask for it.

You are not packaging your mod correctly, let gradle do it for you by running gradle build and grabbing the files from build/libs/
