I had just downloaded two mods and a texture pack when i got the following message:

 

Forge Mod Loader has found a problem with your minecraft installation

The mods and versions listed below could not be found

bspkrsCore : minimum version required is 6.9

The file 'ForgeModLoader-client-0.log' contains more information

 

I tried reloading a few times, and I eventually tried downloading bspkrsCore ( [1.7.10]bspkrsCore-universal-6.13.jar )

I then moved it to the mods section, but I later took it out after trying to play, and i tried to open it.  Again, this was a .jar folder so couldn't understand what the problem was.

 

The mods I have are:

-tree capitator

That stack should not be possible on 1.7, you installed Forge incorrectly.
