Items Without recipes?

I have recently created a modpack and some recipes for NEI aren't working and when I try to craft that item it wont work.

I don't know if the log will help but here it is.    http://tny.cz/ced9b1c4    (pastebin said paste was too big) Even if I restart the game the recipes still don't work. I have made a modpack in the past and the recipes there showed but not here. There isn't very many mod diffrences so I don't know. Tell me if you need a list of mods from each modpack and i will post it.

We do not support 1.6.4 anymore, the only suggestion you will get is to make your pack for 1.7+.
