Hey I want to learn how to make a mod with forge but I am having a problem. I have posted about my problem in my sandStoneItems topic but no one replied to me. So I thought that well my topic had just moved of the list. Then after a while I posted about my problem again and no one replied. I even posted about it on the minecraft forum no one replied. Why will no one help me with my problem with using Forge Gradlew?

it's not just you m8, i frequently go without answers aswell :/

what's even worse is when you dont know how to ask your question haha

Best thing to do is supply something like:

short summary of the basic principle you are trying to achieve

how you have approached the problem so far

the code you have used in this approach

what you believe the problem is with your code

any error reports relating to the problem

a thank you ahead of time

gradlew? like getting it to make your environment so you can actually start modding?

It's easier to just make a .BAT file (if you use windows, I think it's a shell for mac) and in the same folder with "gradlew.bat" you want to make a bat file (I called it run) and inside you just need

"gradlew.bat eclipse" save it and run it. Should start the process of downloading and setting up your enviroment.

Also this should help you

I'm just going by this statment here

Why will no one help me with my problem with using Forge Gradlew?
