My problem is after I install Forge on top of ML 1.2.5. I get an error screen stating this..

I've gone as far back as deleting my .minecraft folder from my computer. The steps I've taken to install were, fresh .minecraft > ML 1.2.5(removed META-INF) > Forge 3.1.3.105

Unfortunately I don't have the time nor resources to delve into the files to figure it out on my own.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

You're using jZip I would bet, use something like 7Zip, jZip screws things up.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

    • Thanks, I've now installed a slightly newer version and the server is at least starting up now.

    • The crash points to moonlight lib - try other builds or make a test without this mod and the mods requiring it
    • Do you have shaders enabled? There is an issue with the mod simpleclouds - remove this mod or disable shaders, if enabled
    • Maybe you need to create file in assets/<modid>/items/<itemname>.json with content like this:   { "model": { "type": "minecraft:model", "model": "modname:item/itemname" } }
