When I launch the game from eclipse, the game crashes on start up.

I have no idea whats happening as nothing in the stacktrace points to my code. So what is triggering the crash?

Post the class you put the @ObjectHolder annotation on.

I never used an ObjectHolder annotation. That's why I'm so confused.

That's really weird then. Do you do anything weird when registering things to the GameRegistry?

Your ModItems class has the ObjectHolder annotation and contains arrays. There's your culprit.
