Minecraft Forge 1.7.12-10.13.0.1180 Main Menu Problem

I downloaded the forge installer for 1.7.10 on forge 10.13.0.1180 (Recommended Build as of now) every time I go into minecraft.

All it shows is a little background on the bottom left corner and nothing else.

 

I currently have no mods in my mod folder. Maybe someone can help me out also it shows a render thing after I close it to.

I really should start enforcing this whole, 'read the eaqs or you will be banned' thing...
