Pixelmon forge server outdated- cant play on old world

So my forge server told me that forge may be outdated so i downloaded a copy of my world deleted my whole server installed the latest forge version. install the pixelmon mod and uploaded my world again. but i cant run my world. so i decided to delete the world and tried to play with a new world. it worked. soo i don't understand why my old world wont work.

anybody a solution for my problem ?

or was it wrong how i updated my forge server ?

    The newest forge version is for mc 1.7.10, the newest pixelmonmod, too. If your old world was on 1.6.4 it does not work, because the biomes changed since 1.6.x. There is no way to play the new version with your old map...

    Updating pixelmon worlds are solely at the pixelmon support, go to there forums and ask for help.

    I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
