What happened to World Vec3 Pool?

So, what is the proper way to get Vec3's now? Always use Vec3.createVectorHelper()?

There are static methods in Vec3 to make instances.

1.7.10 removed the pool, Simple as that, this is not a Forge issue this is a vanilla change.
