Dispensing filled buckets to another block than air

Please make some king of hook that let dispensing filled buckets for example to BuildCraft tanks.

There already is, blocks have a activated event, and they handle it themselves.

Like buildcraft tanks already do...

I dont think that would be proper, that would change basic mechanics of the game.

There is already a mod out there that has a dispenser that'll do what you want {RendPower}
